Treesforeducation is a newly established company that focuses on making school fundraising a fun, educational and earth-friendly way to bring nature back into our classrooms and community.

The founders Stephen Forster and Stacey Forster became self-taught tree growers. Originally from Boston, they started out growing their own Christmas trees on a 15-acre parcel of land they purchased in Shapleigh, Maine in 2011. It was at that point they realized they loved the learning process of growing trees from seed. One day while selling their seedlings at a local Holiday Fair they realized the amount of effort the organizers placed into the event. We came to learn the financial outcome did not justify their hard work. That’s when we realized there must be a better way for Schools to raise funds in a more efficient, fun, and profitable manor.

How could we solve two major issues that schools faced every year. One was to raise more important funds for the schools and their students. The second issue was how could we bring in more learning content to the schools. Content that broadened the learning spectrum. Could you do both, Raise funds and learn? We felt the answer was YES. At Treesforeducation, our goal is to help schools raise Significantly more funds as well as make the process more educational, efficient and fun.
